Any cancellations made at least 14 days before arrival will result in the loss of the deposit paid.
Should you cancel within 14 days of your arrival date or fail to turn up for your course, you will be charged 100% of the total value of the course and all extras booked (less any deposit paid). This amount will be debited from your credit card on receipt of notification from the product supplier that you failed to turn up for the course. Please note that we will endeavour to contact you to confirm that you did not turn up for the course in advance of debiting your credit card.
No refunds will be given for curtailments or cancellations on or after the course start date.
Languagexchanges does not offer advice or information on visas, passports or health requirements. It is the responsibility of all travellers, regardless of the passport they hold, to check with the appropriate consulates to determine if any visas are needed.
As these requirements are subject to change without notice, it is essential that foreign visa, passport and health requirements are investigated prior to travel.

1. Do we pay a lower price when booking via Languagexchanges?
We have a ‘low price guarantee’ for our holidays: We guarantee that you won’t find the holiday you have purchased cheaper when you arrive in your destination.
2. What happens if there is a price change between my time of booking and the start date of the course?
In the event of a price change, you will not be required to pay any extra. Once you have booked, we guarantee the price of your holiday will not change.
